Shipping and Handling

We endeavor to ship all orders within 5 business days of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

NB: All prices displayed do not include postage costs except when on the checkout page where the final prices are clearly shown. Taxes/Fees are also not included.

Shipping Time

We are based in Europe. Shipping time will be anywhere between 3- 5 business days from date of shipping within Europe.

International

We ship to select countries as can be seen by the drop down box when you select the Shipping option. Shipping is via the DHL Postal Service and for larger order UPS which offers 6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations.

We cannot be responsible for any customs charges or paperwork that may be required by them, nor any return shipping should the package be rejected. Please check with your own government departments regarding any possible additional taxes for customs or sales tax prior to ordering, as we do not have knowledge of these and therefore cannot be held responsible for any levies that may be imposed.

Return Policy

Please contact us before returning an item. We will refund you 100% of the price of the item however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be unopened and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Recycled Packaging

We re-use packaging to reduce waste. We ask that you do the same whenever possible.
